The Pinecone Who Dy'd

The pinecone who dy'd-
Oh why o why'd?
Is it squash'd so flat,
Like my little grey cat?

It was sitting, only sitting,
When the truck came-a-hitting,
It flattened the thing,
Hard, with a BING!

It's hardly lived its life,
Known only pain and strife,
It'll never see MacGyver,
Thanks to the truck driver.

Alas, poor cone,
For you my tears are sown.
By birds you'll not be peck'd,
They too, give their respect.

"M is for Moe, the owner of Moe's Tavern
O is for the O in the middle of Moe's, and
E is for acceptance which I felt at Moe's."
-Homer Simpson
